Machine warranties are real and in writing. This website itself is provided as-is.
Our equipment warranties (including the one-year complete warranty and lifetime frame warranty on Chris Cutter machines) are set out in the written warranty documents that come with the equipment. Nothing on this website expands, restarts, or modifies those warranties. The website itself is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind about the site's operation or availability.
Genuine Chris Cutter parts come from us. Parts from anywhere else are not ours and not covered.
We are the sole manufacturer and source of genuine OEM Chris Cutter and Stone Mason parts. Parts sold by third parties are not manufactured, tested, or backed by us, and using them may affect your machine's warranty coverage and safe operation. If you're not sure whether a part is genuine, call us with your serial number before you install it.
The names, logos, photos, and manuals here are ours. Don't use them to sell knockoffs.
