This policy covers the websites of Turn-Again Machine and Welding and Cee-Jay Tool of Greenwood, Arkansas ("we," "us," "our"). It explains what information we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. We build machines and parts. We do not build advertising profiles.
If you fill out the contact form, we get your name, phone number, and what you need. That's it. No accounts, no newsletter, no tracking you around the internet.

If you email us drawings or specifications for a quote, we receive those files.

We use this information only to keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising cookies or sell ad space.
We use your information to call you back, quote your job, and do the work. Nothing else.
We do not send marketing email blasts, and this site has no newsletter signup by design. If you hear from us, it's because you asked about a job or you own one of our machines.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as our website host and form-delivery service), when required by law, or if the business itself is ever sold or reorganized, in which case this policy would still apply to your information.
The map on our contact page is Google's. The site runs on Webflow. Their rules apply on their turf.
This site is hosted by Webflow, and our contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When you interact with those features, those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies. PDF manuals and schematics on this site are our own documents and download directly, with no third-party tracking attached by us.
Job records stick around because machines last decades and you may need parts in 2040. Everything else gets cleared out.
We keep inquiry and job records as long as we reasonably need them to support your equipment, honor warranties, and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Our machines run for decades, and keeping the paper trail is part of supporting them. Information we no longer need is deleted.
Want to know what we have on file about you, or want it deleted? Call the shop and ask. A person will handle it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we're required to keep it, for example for warranty or tax records). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. To exercise any of these, call 479-434-0540 or write to us at the address on our contact page. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
This site is for businesses and adults buying industrial equipment and services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. We won't quietly change what we do with your information.
